While serving as a Career Prince George’s County Firefighter/Paramedic, I became interested in the idea of becoming a barber. In 2015, I attended Bladensburg Barber School to learn my craft. I earned my Maryland Barber License later that same year. I retired from the Fire Department in 2020, after 20 years of service, and now dedicate my time to barbering full-time.
In April of 2017, I officially opened the Fireman Barber shop at 119 E. Water Street in Centreville, MD. I strive to preserve the feeling of the traditional barbershop that many of us grew up with as kids. I’m always seeking to create the best styles that men (and young men) can take pride in, whether that’s through tight fades or well groomed beards.
